Nice room, but billing issues

We stayed for one night and the room was lovely with a nice view. The bar area was chill, and we enjoyed some drinks there. But then we found out we were overcharged after we left! That was super frustrating and shouldn't happen at a place like this. Definitely needs better management.

The room was nice and spacious with a comfy 'Heavenly Bed' that made sleeping a dream. It had a mini fridge and a coffee maker, super handy. I loved the multiple USB ports for charging devices too. The only downside was that the shower pressure was a bit weak, but other than that, it felt modern and well-appointed.

The lobby's elegant marble decor and spacious layout were stunning, with automatic doors that welcomed me perfectly while navigating my luggage and offered a sense of fresh style that appealed to my sophisticated tastes.

Add more wheelchair-accessible ramps.

The bellhops here were fantastic, especially Manny. he went above and beyond when I needed help with my bags. And the convenience of being close to the convention center made meetings a lot easier.

It wasn’t exactly cheap either, but you kinda expect that when you're in a decent place.
